I am 23 and I have to go to quest every week to get my blood test done for my INR. If you must go there due to your insurance MAKE AN APPOINTMENT and for heaven's sake DON'T FORGET to bring along your CONFIRMATION NUMBER! Quest has a monopoly in this area and they are horribly understaffed.

If you have an appointment, like I did, DO NOT forget to mark it on the intake sheet! I had one, received my notifications but the office doesn't track your appointment. All I got was "thank you for your patience" all of representing I don't have a computer, so have to rely phoning for information. The staff was very kind and efficient and I was in and out of there in ten minutes! All the workers I talked with were plesant. I made an appointment for a reason.not to wait a long time or I would have just walked in. Made an appointment for my son at 10am and when I signed in we had a projected 25 minute wait time, which was behind everyone else there, so our appointment was pretty much a waste. The place seems clean and people somewhat friendly but when you make an appointment that means absolutely nothing, they place you in line with everyone else.
